Do you know what the Mission Statement of St. Paul’s Episcopal School is? Could you tell people who asked you what it means? Our mission statement is, “To educate the whole child in mind, body, and spirit.” I hope you will take time to learn it and to be able to articulate the meaning to other people.

Cookie Dough Sales
St. Paul' s is now selling cookie dough to benefit our school. Cookie dough sales will today, February 1and end on February 15th. All orders and money must be turned into the school office by February 15th. All orders will be delivered to the school on Tuesday, March 23rd. St. Paul's School will earn 40% for all sales that are made. If you have any questions please contact Heather Luft or Becky Lloyd.

Annual “Fun”draising Events
Not feeling like cooking? Please show your support for our school and get to know other St. Paul’s school and parishioner families by joining us for a meal at the following restaurants. It won’t cost you a dime more than the amount that you would normally pay; however, 15% of the proceeds will go to our annual fund. Plus, it’s just a lot of fun to see each other outside the school! Mark your calendar now. Please rsvp your headcount to Yvonne Villarreal yvillarreal@stpaulsschoolwaco.com so that the restaurants can know how many of us to expect. Be sure to tell each restaurant that you are with St. Paul’s. Hope to see you and your friends there!

Open House
We have have our Annual School Open House on Monday, February 8, 2010. The Open House will be held from 5:30 -7:00pm. Please follow the schedule below.
5:30 -6:00 ~
Classroom visits for 2's -Kindergarten
6:00- 6:30 ~ Uniform Fashion Show and Refreshments in Parish Hall
6:60-7:00 ~ Classroom visits for First -Sixth Grade

Sock Hop and Pep Rally
The Second Grade class will host a Sock Hop and Pep Rally this week.The sock hop and Pep Rally will be on Friday, FEBRUARY 5th. Refreshments will be served by Kinder Kafe. We will have some cheering and introduce the basketball teams during the Pep Rally portion. Please remember to bring socks so that we can donate them to a local organization, Talitha Koum. We have a school wide goal of 250 pairs of socks.
Thank you to everyone who has donated socks for the 2nd grade action project!
